Double XFA payout caps with a purchase-set DLL

For qualifying new Trading Combine purchases with a DLL selected at checkout, the currently advertised limited-time offer doubles size-specific XFA payout caps. Adding a DLL only at XFA activation does not qualify. Standard and Consistency payout paths have different caps; balance and payout eligibility requirements still apply. No confirmed end date was found.
