Company information & important conditions
Summarized from official documentation. These facts are separate from our editorial assessment.

Account environment
Both Evaluation and Qualified Accounts use simulated funds. Direct bypasses the evaluation, but does not provide immediate live brokerage capital. Rewards depend on eligible simulated performance and compliance.

Fees and renewals
Zero, Standard and Advanced are monthly evaluations. The subscription stops automatically when passed; failed evaluations continue rebilling unless canceled. Rebilling resets a failed account. Qualified Accounts do not have a monthly subscription. Direct is a one-time purchase.

Activation and resets
Current new accounts show no activation fee. Advanced’s guide specifies this for purchases after July 8, 2026. Evaluation reset prices are listed on each challenge page; paying for a reset does not move the subscription’s rebill date.

Drawdown calculation
All plans use an end-of-day trailing maximum loss limit. It follows the highest closing balance and stops at the initial account balance. It is enforced throughout the session against floating equity as well as closed balance; touching the floor fails the account.

Daily loss guard
Where applicable, reaching the daily loss guard flattens positions and locks trading until the next session rather than permanently failing the account. It includes commissions and realized and unrealized P&L. The maximum loss limit still applies separately.

Evaluation consistency
Zero has no evaluation consistency requirement and may pass in one day. Standard uses 50% and a two-day minimum; Advanced uses 40% and a three-day minimum. The best day’s profit relative to total profit can require earning more than the headline target.
Official source · Checked 2026-09-28
Qualified payout rules
Zero, Standard and Advanced require five winning days of at least $200 each between requests, with up to four requests per month. Requests are limited to 50% of account profit and the plan’s cap. Traders receive 90% of the requested amount; the whole request leaves the account.

Direct payout rules
Direct requires a fresh profit target for each payout cycle and 20% consistency instead of five qualifying winning days. The initial target is higher than later targets. Remaining profit from an earlier cycle does not satisfy the next cycle’s new-profit target.

Current payout processing update
The September 17, 2026 update quotes five business days or less after standard approval. Same-day payouts are a future goal, not the current promise. Pending Premium Plan payouts follow a separate batch schedule. This dated update takes precedence over older faster processing claims.

Platforms and availability
The official platform guide lists AlphaTrader, TradingView through Plus500, WealthCharts, Deepchart and Quantower. Platform choices cannot be changed after purchase. The newer mobile announcement confirms AlphaTrader for iOS and Android, superseding the guide’s older “in development” wording.

Contract scaling
Zero 25K, Advanced and Direct have no scaling plan. Zero 50K/100K Qualified start at 1/2 minis; Standard 50K/100K/150K Qualified start at 2/3/3 minis. Higher limits unlock with profit; the evaluation maximum is not the immediate funded allowance.

Instruments
Permitted products come from CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX. MBT and MET crypto futures are available, but each counts as a full mini contract for position limits. The instrument fee schedule is linked from the trading-hours guide.

Payment and payout methods
The payout guide lists ACH for US accounts, wire, SWIFT, Wise and Rise, paid in USD. Rise requires an agreement before the first payout. Evaluation crypto payments use CoinPayments; crypto rebills require manual payment rather than automatic charging.

Eligibility and location
The United States is not on Alpha’s restricted-country list. The guide also prohibits trading while visiting a restricted country. Eligibility, identity checks and provider restrictions must be satisfied; a listed platform is not a guarantee of availability in every location.
Official source · Checked 2026-09-28
Account limits
Zero, Direct and current Standard plans allow up to five Qualified Accounts. Advanced is limited to three, and having an active Advanced Qualified Account limits the user to three overall. Only one username per person and one participating person per household are permitted.
Official source · Checked 2026-09-28
Activity requirement
Place a trade at least once every ten trading days to keep an Evaluation or Qualified Account active. The official inactivity guide says platforms archive data after ten inactive trading days.
Official source · Checked 2026-09-28
Trading practice restrictions
Fully automated trading, AI bots, HFT, cross-account hedging and simulation exploits are prohibited. A signal indicator is allowed only when the trader manually places and manages trades. The rules also restrict abusive tick scalping and coordinated trading; review the full policy before participating.

Current promotional code
APP50 advertises 50% off an evaluation purchase on the official homepage and Alpha Trader launch page. Displayed savings are calculated from the listed base fee, not a redeemed checkout. Direct accounts are excluded here because their eligibility is not documented. Renewal discounts, usage limits, taxes and an end date were not confirmed. Do not assume the discount repeats on monthly rebills.

Price verification
All 13 base fees were compared with the live homepage and official plan guides. The purchase links lead to registration before checkout; no account was created. Final taxes, payment-provider charges and successful coupon redemption were not verified.
